Useful guide :) I'd be interested to see if anyone has written about activists using the groups/pages of companies they're campaigning against. This article is about animal rights activists using the Herbal Essences shampoo page to directly inform 'fans' of the shampoo about the animal testing carried out for it, which has resulted in all interactive features being removed - http://www.uncaged.co.uk/news/2008/facebook.htm - but I haven't come across any other examples of this.

Some attempts to engender 'brand interaction' seem to make the brands vulnerable to activism, with constant checking of facebook page activity rather laborious.
